Authority Funnel Sites

Long Tail Cash 2.0 includes a new type of website you can build to take maximum advantage of long tail buying keywords. I’ve dubbed this site model “authority funnel sites” but the name may change to something less goofy as I get feedback from reviewers.

Here’s the idea – an authority site funnel combines semi-mass automation with the mico-niche keyword ideas that become popular in 2009. A number of marketers are building sites like this out but those that are doing it aren’t talking (more or less).

We’ve been using Wordpress with Thesis for these during the past 6 months but I am having my tech-weenie-superman redo things so in LTC 2.0 you can use a free theme framework like Vigilence or Thematic.

Hello world!

Hey Everyone! I set up the new email list and blog for Long Tail Cash 2.0 and left the original “hello world” post. Doh!

LTC 2.0 has been in “planning” and various states of completeness for a while now. I keep adding/changing things – always a sign of death for an information product. Sometimes “good enough” has to be “good enough” and I finally came to my sense and knew I had enough in LTC 2.0 for you.

So thanks for subscribing. You’ll be getting emails as I update the blog and we get closer to launch. Right now the main thing I am doing is working on productizing some extra “automation” scripts to ease the publishing process. It isn’t 100% needed but if you’re publishing 200 sites a year all with unique content it sure as hell helps.
